उड़ान टिकट पुष्टि एवं दस्तावेज़ जाँच
आपका टिकट WhatsApp, ईमेल अथवा टेलीफोन पर दी गई YES / OK / CONFIRM स्वीकृति के आधार पर जारी किया गया है। टिकट प्राप्त होते ही यात्री का नाम applicable ID/passport के अनुसार, यात्रा मार्ग, दिनांक, flight number, departure/arrival airport एवं terminal, समय, baggage allowance, fare conditions और अनुरोधित special services तुरंत जाँचें।
जारी टिकट में आपकी स्वीकृत जानकारी से कोई अंतर दिखाई देने पर तुरंत Shree Radhey Associates के अधिकृत कार्यालय से संपर्क करें। बाद में सूचना देने पर सुधार उपलब्ध न भी हो सकता है।
पहले से जाँचकर स्वीकृत टिकट में बाद का संशोधन, cancellation अथवा correction संबंधित airline के नियमों और availability के अधीन होगा। Fare difference, airline charges तथा लागू सुविधा एवं हैंडलिंग शुल्क ग्राहक द्वारा देय होंगे। Seat, meal, baggage, wheelchair या अन्य special-service request की पुष्टि airline द्वारा होने तक guaranteed नहीं है।
यदि किसी भी कारण से तत्काल रद्दीकरण, तिथि परिवर्तन, सीट, भोजन, सामान अथवा अन्य एयरलाइन सेवा के समय Shree Radhey Associates से संपर्क स्थापित न हो पाए, तो एयरलाइन के आधिकारिक कॉल सेंटर, वेबसाइट/ऐप, “मैनेज बुकिंग” अथवा हवाई अड्डा सेवा काउंटर से तुरंत संपर्क करें। एयरलाइन अनुरोध पर सीधे कार्रवाई कर सकती है अथवा टिकट जारी करने वाले एजेंट से संपर्क करने के लिए कह सकती है। लिखित पुष्टि या संदर्भ संख्या सुरक्षित रखें और बाद में हमें भेजें। केवल मिस्ड कॉल, संदेश या ईमेल से अनुरोध पूर्ण नहीं माना जाएगा; पुष्टि और लागू भुगतान आवश्यक हैं।

Your ticket has been issued based on the YES / OK / CONFIRM approval provided through WhatsApp, email or telephone. Immediately after receipt, verify the passenger name against the applicable ID/passport, route, travel date, flight number, departure and arrival airport/terminal, timings, baggage allowance, fare conditions and requested special services.
If the issued ticket differs from the information approved by you, contact the authorised office of Shree Radhey Associates immediately. A correction may no longer be available if the issue is reported later.
Any later amendment, cancellation or correction to an approved ticket remains subject to airline rules and availability. Fare difference, airline charges and applicable convenience fees and handling charges shall be payable by the customer. A seat, meal, baggage, wheelchair or other special-service request is not guaranteed until confirmed by the airline.
If, for any reason, contact with Shree Radhey Associates cannot be established when an urgent cancellation, date change, seat, meal, baggage or other airline-service request is required, immediately contact the airline through its official call centre, website/app, Manage Booking facility or airport service desk. The airline may process the request directly or ask you to contact the issuing agent. Retain the written confirmation or reference number and share it with us later. A missed call, message or email alone does not complete the request; confirmation and any applicable payment are required.
HOTEL BOOKING CONFIRMATION & DOCUMENT CHECK
होटल बुकिंग पुष्टि एवं दस्तावेज़ जाँच
आपकी होटल बुकिंग WhatsApp, ईमेल अथवा टेलीफोन पर दी गई YES / OK / CONFIRM स्वीकृति के आधार पर जारी की गई है। बुकिंग से पहले आपसे अतिथि का नाम, होटल का नाम एवं स्थान, Check-in / Check-out तिथि, रातों की संख्या, Room Type, Guests/Rooms, Meal Plan तथा अन्य संबंधित विवरण जाँचने का अनुरोध किया गया था।
होटल वाउचर प्राप्त होने के बाद कृपया सभी विवरण तुरंत दोबारा जाँचें, जिसमें होटल का पता, तिथियाँ, Room/Occupancy, Meal Plan, Inclusions/Exclusions तथा लागू cancellation/no-show conditions शामिल हैं। किसी अंतर की स्थिति में तुरंत हमारे अधिकृत कार्यालय से संपर्क करें।
पहले से स्वीकृत होटल बुकिंग में बाद का कोई परिवर्तन संबंधित होटल/सेवा प्रदाता की उपलब्धता और नियमों के अधीन होगा। Rate difference, amendment/cancellation charges तथा लागू सुविधा एवं हैंडलिंग शुल्क ग्राहक द्वारा देय होंगे। Early Check-in, Late Check-out, room preference अथवा special request की पुष्टि की गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती।

VISA DOCUMENT CHECK
वीज़ा दस्तावेज़ जाँच
वीज़ा प्राप्त होने के बाद कृपया आवेदक का नाम, Passport Number, Visa Type/Category, Validity, Number of Entries, permitted stay तथा वीज़ा पर अंकित अन्य सभी विवरण तुरंत जाँचें।
किसी नाम, पासपोर्ट नंबर, तिथि अथवा अन्य विवरण में अंतर दिखाई देने पर तुरंत हमारे अधिकृत कार्यालय से संपर्क करें। वीज़ा जारी करने, उसकी अवधि, entries तथा अंतिम प्रवेश की अनुमति संबंधित Embassy/Consulate/Immigration Authority के अधिकार क्षेत्र में रहती है।
यात्रा से पहले destination तथा transit country की वर्तमान visa/transit requirements संबंधित airline और competent authority से भी verify करना यात्री की जिम्मेदारी है। Visa approval अथवा entry की guarantee नहीं दी जा सकती।

After receiving your visa, please immediately verify the applicant name, passport number, visa type/category, validity, number of entries, permitted stay and all other details printed on the visa.
If any name, passport number, date or other detail appears incorrect, please contact our authorised office immediately. Visa issuance, validity, entries and final permission to enter remain subject to the respective Embassy, Consulate and Immigration Authority.
Before travel, the passenger should also verify current destination and transit-visa requirements with the airline and competent authority. Visa approval or entry cannot be guaranteed.
INSURANCE DOCUMENT CHECK

बीमा पॉलिसी प्राप्त होने के बाद कृपया Insured Person का नाम, जन्मतिथि/आयु, Policy Number, Policy Period, Destination/Coverage Area, Sum Insured तथा अन्य लागू benefits/conditions तुरंत जाँचें।
यदि किसी विवरण में अंतर दिखाई दे, तो तुरंत हमारे अधिकृत कार्यालय से संपर्क करें। Coverage, exclusions, claim eligibility, cashless/reimbursement सुविधा तथा claim settlement संबंधित बीमा कंपनी की policy terms के अधीन होंगे।
बीमा पॉलिसी संबंधित insurer/authorised provider द्वारा जारी की जाती है तथा claim का अंतिम निर्णय संबंधित बीमा कंपनी का होगा। Shree Radhey Associates केवल Insurance Assistance प्रदान करता है।

टूर/पैकेज पुष्टि एवं दस्तावेज़ जाँच
पैकेज itinerary अथवा voucher प्राप्त होते ही यात्री/अतिथि के नाम, destination और उनका क्रम, travel dates, कुल nights, hotel का नाम एवं location, room/occupancy, meal plan, flights (यदि शामिल हों), transfer के pickup/drop details, sightseeing, inclusions/exclusions, taxes/fees तथा cancellation/no-show conditions तुरंत जाँचें।
केवल confirmed itinerary/voucher में स्पष्ट रूप से लिखी सेवाएँ ही package में शामिल मानी जाएँगी। Room preference, early check-in, late check-out, adjoining room, special meal, seat अथवा अन्य request संबंधित supplier की confirmation तक guaranteed नहीं है। Operational कारणों से sightseeing, transfer या activity के क्रम/समय में supplier द्वारा परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है।
किसी भी अंतर या छूटी हुई जानकारी की सूचना दस्तावेज़ मिलते ही तुरंत Shree Radhey Associates को दें। बाद का amendment/cancellation supplier rules, availability, rate difference और लागू charges के अधीन होगा। यात्रा के दौरान समस्या होने पर उसी समय संबंधित supplier और Shree Radhey Associates को सूचना एवं उपलब्ध प्रमाण भेजें; यात्रा के बाद पहली बार बताई गई मौके पर सुधार योग्य समस्या का समाधान संभव न भी हो सकता है।

Immediately after receiving the package itinerary or voucher, verify traveller/guest names, destinations and their order, travel dates, total nights, hotel name and location, room/occupancy, meal plan, flights (if included), transfer pickup/drop details, sightseeing, inclusions/exclusions, taxes/fees and cancellation/no-show conditions.
Only services expressly stated in the confirmed itinerary or voucher shall be treated as included. A room preference, early check-in, late check-out, adjoining room, special meal, seat or other request is not guaranteed until confirmed by the relevant supplier. A supplier may alter the order or timing of sightseeing, transfers or activities for operational reasons.
Notify Shree Radhey Associates immediately after receipt if any information is incorrect or missing. A later amendment or cancellation remains subject to supplier rules, availability, rate difference and applicable charges. If a problem occurs during travel, notify the relevant supplier and Shree Radhey Associates at that time with available proof; an issue first reported after travel may no longer be capable of on-the-spot correction.

यदि जारी दस्तावेज़ आपकी स्वीकृत जानकारी से अलग हो, तो बिना विलंब हमारे अधिकृत कार्यालय से संपर्क करें। बाद में किसी संशोधन या cancellation की आवश्यकता होने पर वह संबंधित service provider के नियमों और उपलब्धता के अधीन होगा तथा लागू charges ग्राहक द्वारा देय होंगे।
