We provide assisted guidance for Tourist and Business visa applications, including destination-specific document checklists, form/application-process coordination, appointment guidance and procedural support. Requirements, document formats, appointment availability, official fees, processing and decisions remain subject to the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or authorised visa service provider and may change without notice.आवश्यकताएँ, दस्तावेज़ प्रारूप, अपॉइंटमेंट उपलब्धता, आधिकारिक शुल्क, प्रोसेसिंग और निर्णय संबंधित दूतावास, वाणिज्य दूतावास, इमिग्रेशन प्राधिकरण या अधिकृत वीज़ा सेवा प्रदाता के अधीन होते हैं और बिना पूर्व सूचना बदल सकते हैं।
Before application or submissionआवेदन या सबमिशन से पहले
Verify the applicant’s full name, passport number, date of birth, passport validity, travel purpose, intended travel dates, destination, supporting documents and the latest authority requirements before approving or submitting any application.किसी भी आवेदन को स्वीकृत या जमा करने से पहले आवेदक का पूरा नाम, पासपोर्ट नंबर, जन्म तिथि, पासपोर्ट वैधता, यात्रा उद्देश्य, प्रस्तावित यात्रा तारीख, गंतव्य, सहायक दस्तावेज़ और नवीनतम प्राधिकरण आवश्यकताएँ जाँच लें।
- Before proceeding, review the applicable Shree Radhey Associates assistance charges separately from embassy, visa authority or authorised service-provider fees.आगे बढ़ने से पहले Shree Radhey Associates के लागू सहायता शुल्क को दूतावास, वीज़ा प्राधिकरण अथवा अधिकृत सेवा-प्रदाता के शुल्क से अलग समझकर जाँच लें।
- Make payment only after receiving and verifying an authorised quotation or payment instruction. Where an authority or service provider requires direct payment, pay through its authorised channel.अधिकृत quotation अथवा payment instruction प्राप्त करने और सत्यापित करने के बाद ही भुगतान करें। जहाँ प्राधिकरण या सेवा प्रदाता सीधे भुगतान की मांग करे, वहाँ उसके अधिकृत माध्यम से ही भुगतान करें।
Applicant responsibilities & personal attendanceआवेदक की जिम्मेदारियाँ एवं व्यक्तिगत उपस्थिति
The applicant is responsible for providing genuine, complete and accurate information and documents. Biometrics, interview, document submission, passport collection or personal attendance may be required by the relevant authority or authorised service provider and cannot be completed by Shree Radhey Associates on the applicant’s behalf where personal presence is mandatory.आवेदक वास्तविक, पूर्ण और सही जानकारी एवं दस्तावेज़ देने के लिए जिम्मेदार है। संबंधित प्राधिकरण या अधिकृत सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा बायोमेट्रिक्स, इंटरव्यू, दस्तावेज़ जमा करना, पासपोर्ट प्राप्त करना या व्यक्तिगत उपस्थिति आवश्यक हो सकती है; जहाँ व्यक्तिगत उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है वहाँ Shree Radhey Associates आवेदक की ओर से यह प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं कर सकता।
Share passport and personal documents only through authorised communication channels and only when required for the requested service. Never share OTP, card PIN, CVV or UPI PIN.पासपोर्ट और व्यक्तिगत दस्तावेज़ केवल अधिकृत संचार माध्यम से और माँगी गई सेवा के लिए आवश्यक होने पर ही साझा करें। OTP, कार्ड PIN, CVV या UPI PIN कभी साझा न करें।
Approval, processing time & entry decisionस्वीकृति, प्रोसेसिंग समय एवं प्रवेश निर्णय
Visa approval, refusal, validity, number of entries, permitted stay and processing time are determined solely by the relevant authority. Shree Radhey Associates cannot guarantee approval or a fixed processing time, and travel arrangements should account for possible processing delays.वीज़ा स्वीकृति, अस्वीकृति, वैधता, प्रवेशों की संख्या, अनुमत ठहराव और प्रोसेसिंग समय का निर्णय केवल संबंधित प्राधिकरण करता है। Shree Radhey Associates वीज़ा स्वीकृति या निश्चित प्रोसेसिंग समय की गारंटी नहीं दे सकता; यात्रा योजना में संभावित प्रोसेसिंग देरी का ध्यान रखें।
A visa does not itself guarantee entry into a country. Final admission remains subject to immigration/border authorities and the traveller meeting applicable entry, transit, health, passport and other destination requirements at the time of travel.वीज़ा होने मात्र से किसी देश में प्रवेश की गारंटी नहीं होती। अंतिम प्रवेश इमिग्रेशन/सीमा प्राधिकरण तथा यात्रा के समय लागू प्रवेश, ट्रांज़िट, स्वास्थ्य, पासपोर्ट और अन्य गंतव्य आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के अधीन होता है।
After visa issuanceवीज़ा जारी होने के बाद
Check the issued visa or approval immediately after receipt, including applicant name, passport number, visa category, validity dates, number of entries, permitted stay and any conditions shown on the document. Report any discrepancy without unnecessary delay and follow the relevant authority’s correction procedure where applicable.वीज़ा या स्वीकृति प्राप्त होते ही आवेदक का नाम, पासपोर्ट नंबर, वीज़ा श्रेणी, वैधता तारीख, प्रवेशों की संख्या, अनुमत ठहराव और दस्तावेज़ पर दी गई शर्तें तुरंत जाँचें। किसी भी अंतर की सूचना बिना अनावश्यक देरी के दें और जहाँ लागू हो संबंधित प्राधिकरण की correction प्रक्रिया का पालन करें।
