Make payment only after receiving and verifying an authorised quotation or payment instruction.अधिकृत quotation अथवा payment instruction प्राप्त करने और सत्यापित करने के बाद ही भुगतान करें।
After voucher issuanceवाउचर जारी होने के बाद
Check the hotel voucher immediately after receipt: property name and address, guest names, stay dates, room/occupancy details, meal plan, inclusions and booking status. Report any discrepancy without unnecessary delay.होटल वाउचर प्राप्त होते ही प्रॉपर्टी का नाम और पता, अतिथि नाम, ठहरने की तारीख, कमरा/ऑक्यूपेंसी विवरण, मील प्लान, शामिल सेवाएँ और बुकिंग स्थिति तुरंत जाँचें। किसी भी अंतर की सूचना बिना अनावश्यक देरी के दें।
Hotel check-in time, identification requirements, security deposits, local/resort/city taxes payable at the property and special requests are governed by the hotel or Supplier / Service Provider.
