We coordinate a customised itinerary according to destination, travel dates, number and profile of travellers, preferred pace, hotel category, meals, transfers, sightseeing, activities and budget. Flights can also be coordinated when requested and specifically included in the quotation.हम गंतव्य, यात्रा तारीख, यात्रियों की संख्या एवं प्रोफ़ाइल, यात्रा की पसंदीदा गति, होटल श्रेणी, भोजन, ट्रांसफर, दर्शनीय स्थल, गतिविधियों और बजट के अनुसार कस्टमाइज्ड यात्रा कार्यक्रम का समन्वय करते हैं। अनुरोध करने और quotation में स्पष्ट रूप से शामिल होने पर फ्लाइट का भी समन्वय किया जा सकता है।
All bookings are handled offline or through assisted communication by our authorised office. Availability, final price and Supplier / Service Provider terms remain subject to confirmation.सभी बुकिंग हमारे अधिकृत कार्यालय द्वारा ऑफलाइन अथवा सहायता-आधारित संचार के माध्यम से की जाती हैं। उपलब्धता, अंतिम मूल्य और Supplier / Service Provider की शर्तें पुष्टि के अधीन रहती हैं।
Before confirmationपुष्टि से पहले
Review the destination order, travel dates, number of nights, hotel names/categories, room occupancy, meal plan, transfers, sightseeing, activity details, transport type, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation/no-show rules and any time-sensitive conditions before approving the package.पैकेज स्वीकृत करने से पहले गंतव्यों का क्रम, यात्रा तारीख, रातों की संख्या, होटल नाम/श्रेणी, रूम ऑक्यूपेंसी, मील प्लान, ट्रांसफर, दर्शनीय स्थल, गतिविधियाँ, वाहन/परिवहन प्रकार, शामिल सेवाएँ, बहिष्करण, रद्दीकरण/नो-शो नियम और समय-सीमा वाली शर्तें जाँच लें।
- Before confirmation, carefully review the Package Quotation, inclusions/exclusions, cancellation/amendment rules and applicable Terms & Conditions. Packages arranged by Shree Radhey Associates are subject to the Shree Radhey Associates package-specific Terms & Conditions stated in the quotation/confirmation. For packages of a third-party Tour Operator/Brand, the applicable Terms & Conditions of that Tour Operator/Brand will also apply.पुष्टि से पहले Package Quotation, inclusions/exclusions, cancellation/amendment rules तथा लागू Terms & Conditions ध्यानपूर्वक जाँच लें। Shree Radhey Associates द्वारा तैयार किए गए packages पर quotation/confirmation में बताई गई Shree Radhey Associates की package-specific Terms & Conditions लागू होंगी। किसी third-party Tour Operator/Brand के package पर संबंधित Tour Operator/Brand की लागू Terms & Conditions भी लागू होंगी।
- Make payment only after receiving and verifying an authorised quotation or payment instruction.अधिकृत quotation अथवा payment instruction प्राप्त करने और सत्यापित करने के बाद ही भुगतान करें।
Traveller documents & responsibilitiesयात्री दस्तावेज़ एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ
Travellers are responsible for providing correct names, ages, contact details and other booking information. For international travel, passport validity, visa/entry permission, transit requirements, health rules and destination-specific documentation should be checked separately before travel.यात्री सही नाम, आयु, संपर्क विवरण और अन्य बुकिंग जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। अंतरराष्ट्रीय यात्रा में पासपोर्ट वैधता, वीज़ा/प्रवेश अनुमति, ट्रांज़िट आवश्यकताएँ, स्वास्थ्य नियम और गंतव्य-विशिष्ट दस्तावेज़ यात्रा से पहले अलग से जाँचे जाने चाहिए।
Visa approval, immigration permission and entry decisions are controlled by the relevant authorities. Travel insurance, where required or chosen, is arranged separately and insurance premiums must be paid directly to the insurer or its authorised payment channel.वीज़ा स्वीकृति, इमिग्रेशन अनुमति और प्रवेश संबंधी निर्णय संबंधित प्राधिकरणों के नियंत्रण में होते हैं। जहाँ आवश्यक हो या यात्री चुने, वहाँ यात्रा बीमा अलग से कराया जाता है और बीमा प्रीमियम सीधे बीमा कंपनी अथवा उसके अधिकृत भुगतान माध्यम को दिया जाना चाहिए।
After confirmation & voucher issuanceपुष्टि एवं वाउचर जारी होने के बाद
Check every issued document immediately after receipt, including traveller names, travel dates, hotel vouchers, transfer details, sightseeing schedule, contact information and any flight ticket if included. Report any discrepancy without unnecessary delay.प्राप्त होते ही प्रत्येक जारी दस्तावेज़ की जाँच करें, जिसमें यात्री नाम, यात्रा तारीख, होटल वाउचर, ट्रांसफर विवरण, दर्शनीय कार्यक्रम, संपर्क जानकारी और पैकेज में शामिल होने पर फ्लाइट टिकट शामिल हैं। किसी भी अंतर की सूचना बिना अनावश्यक देरी के दें।
Hotel check-in rules, local taxes, security deposits, sightseeing/transfer timings, attraction closures, weather-related changes and special requests may be governed by the relevant Supplier / Service Provider or local authority. Special requests remain subject to availability unless expressly confirmed in writing.होटल चेक-इन नियम, स्थानीय कर, सुरक्षा जमा, दर्शनीय/ट्रांसफर समय, आकर्षण बंद होने की स्थिति, मौसम संबंधी बदलाव और विशेष अनुरोध संबंधित Supplier / Service Provider अथवा स्थानीय प्राधिकरण की शर्तों के अनुसार हो सकते हैं। लिखित रूप में स्पष्ट पुष्टि न होने तक विशेष अनुरोध उपलब्धता के अधीन रहते हैं।
