Transit-visa, destination-entry and immigration requirements must be verified by the customer with the relevant airline and competent Government/Immigration authorities before travel.अंतरराष्ट्रीय यात्रा के लिए हम मार्ग, कनेक्शन समय, ऑपरेटिंग एयरलाइन, बैगेज और किराया शर्तों की जानकारी आपके परीक्षण के लिए समन्वित करते हैं। ट्रांजिट वीज़ा, गंतव्य प्रवेश और इमिग्रेशन आवश्यकताओं को यात्रा से पहले संबंधित एयरलाइन तथा सक्षम सरकारी/इमिग्रेशन प्राधिकरण से ग्राहक को सत्यापित करना आवश्यक है।
All bookings are handled offline or through assisted communication by our authorised office. Availability, fare and Supplier / Service Provider terms remain subject to confirmation.सभी बुकिंग हमारे अधिकृत कार्यालय द्वारा ऑफलाइन अथवा सहायता-आधारित संचार के माध्यम से की जाती हैं। उपलब्धता, किराया और Supplier / Service Provider की शर्तें पुष्टि के अधीन रहती हैं।
Before confirmationपुष्टि से पहले
Before confirming the booking, verify passenger names exactly as per passport, passport validity, route, connection airports, transit-visa requirements, baggage through-check conditions and the applicable change, cancellation and no-show rules.बुकिंग की पुष्टि से पहले यात्री का नाम पासपोर्ट के अनुसार, पासपोर्ट वैधता, मार्ग, कनेक्शन एयरपोर्ट, ट्रांजिट वीज़ा आवश्यकता, बैगेज थ्रू-चेक शर्तें तथा लागू बदलाव, रद्दीकरण और नो-शो नियम जाँच लें।
- Before confirmation, review the applicable Shree Radhey Associates charges separately from airline fare, taxes, fees and applicable airline conditions.पुष्टि से पहले Shree Radhey Associates के लागू शुल्क को एयरलाइन किराया, कर, शुल्क तथा लागू एयरलाइन शर्तों से अलग समझकर जाँच लें।
- Post-booking assistance such as date change, reissue, seat, meal or baggage may attract applicable Service Charges, informed before processing.बुकिंग के बाद date change, reissue, seat, meal या baggage जैसी अतिरिक्त सहायता पर लागू Service Charges प्रक्रिया से पहले बताए जाएँगे।
- Make payment only after receiving and verifying an authorised quotation/payment instruction and confirming that the recipient name is “Shree Radhey Associates”.भुगतान केवल अधिकृत quotation/payment instruction प्राप्त और सत्यापित करने तथा प्राप्तकर्ता का नाम “Shree Radhey Associates” दिखाई देने के बाद ही करें।
After ticket issuanceटिकट जारी होने के बाद
Check the final ticket immediately after receipt: passenger name, passport-related details where shown, travel date, route, flight number, terminal, baggage and fare conditions. Report any discrepancy without unnecessary delay.अंतिम टिकट प्राप्त होते ही यात्री का नाम, जहाँ दर्शाया गया हो वहाँ पासपोर्ट संबंधी विवरण, यात्रा तारीख, मार्ग, फ्लाइट नंबर, टर्मिनल, बैगेज और किराया शर्तें तुरंत जाँचें। किसी भी अंतर की सूचना बिना अनावश्यक देरी के दें।
Before departure, recheck the latest flight status, terminal, reporting time and current travel/transit requirements from official airline and competent authority sources.प्रस्थान से पहले नवीनतम फ्लाइट स्थिति, टर्मिनल, रिपोर्टिंग समय और वर्तमान यात्रा/ट्रांजिट आवश्यकताओं को एयरलाइन और सक्षम प्राधिकरण के आधिकारिक स्रोत से पुनः जाँचें।
