Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern all travel-related enquiries, quotations, reservations, bookings, amendments, cancellations, refund requests and related services facilitated by Shree Radhey Associates. These Terms apply to all customers, passengers, guests, travellers, payers and persons making a booking on behalf of another person.

By requesting, approving, paying for or using any service arranged through Shree Radhey Associates, the customer confirms that the customer has read, understood and accepted:

  • These Terms and Conditions
  • The applicable fare rules and cancellation conditions
  • The policies of the airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line, embassy, insurer or other relevant supplier
  • The booking details communicated through invoice, quotation, itinerary, voucher, WhatsApp, email or other written communication

Where a person makes a booking for other passengers or guests, that person confirms that they are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of all such persons and shall communicate the booking conditions to them.

02

Informational Nature of the Website

The Shree Radhey Associates website is maintained only to provide information about the business, its services, contact details, travel assistance, general promotional offers and enquiry facilities. The website does not operate as an automatic or self-service online booking platform.

No booking shall be considered confirmed merely because a customer:

  • Visits the website
  • Submits an enquiry
  • Sends a WhatsApp message
  • Makes a telephone enquiry
  • Sends an email
  • Requests a quotation
  • Completes a contact form
  • Views an advertisement or promotional offer

All bookings are processed and concluded through offline or assisted communication, including:

  • In-person communication at the office
  • Telephone
  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Authorised payment links
  • Bank transfer, UPI, card or other approved payment methods

Online, card or digital payment refers only to the payment method. It does not convert the website into an automatic online booking platform.

03

Role of Shree Radhey Associates

Shree Radhey Associates acts as a travel booking facilitator and intermediary between the customer and independent third-party service providers.

Such service providers may include:

  • Airlines
  • Hotels and accommodation providers
  • Tour operators
  • Destination management companies
  • Transport or transfer providers engaged by a tour or package supplier, where included in the confirmed service
  • Cruise lines
  • Insurance companies
  • Visa processing centres
  • Embassies and consulates
  • Foreign exchange or payment service providers
  • Other travel and hospitality suppliers

The actual flight, accommodation, supplier-included transfer, cruise, visa decision, tour, insurance or other underlying service is provided by the respective third-party supplier. The customer’s use of the underlying service is also governed by the terms, fare rules, policies and conditions of that supplier.

Shree Radhey Associates does not own, operate, manage or control the aircraft, hotel, cruise ship, supplier-provided transfer, embassy, consulate or other third-party establishment. Shree Radhey Associates shall remain responsible for performing its own booking-facilitation obligations with reasonable care, but shall not be responsible for matters exclusively controlled by a third-party supplier, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

04

Booking Enquiries, Quotations and Availability

All quotations, proposed itineraries, fares, room rates, package prices and availability communicated to a customer are provisional unless expressly stated as confirmed. Travel fares and availability may change at any time because airline seats, hotel rooms, cruise cabins, transport services and tour inventory are controlled by third-party suppliers.

A quotation does not guarantee:

  • Availability
  • Reservation
  • Fare protection
  • Room confirmation
  • Visa approval
  • Cruise cabin availability
  • Seat allocation
  • Any particular service until final confirmation is issued

Unless a specific quotation-validity period is mentioned, the price shall remain subject to change until the booking is confirmed by the supplier and the required payment is received. Shree Radhey Associates may withdraw or revise a quotation before booking confirmation if there is a supplier price change, inventory change, currency fluctuation, tax revision, technical error or any other change outside its control.

05

Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be considered confirmed only when:

  • The customer has approved the final booking details
  • The required payment has been received and successfully realised
  • The supplier has accepted and confirmed the reservation
  • and Shree Radhey Associates has issued or forwarded a confirmed ticket, voucher, itinerary, booking reference or written confirmation

A payment receipt by itself does not guarantee confirmation where supplier approval is still pending.

If the requested service becomes unavailable before supplier confirmation, Shree Radhey Associates may offer:

  • An alternative service
  • A revised quotation
  • A different travel date
  • A refund of the amount received for the unconfirmed service

No customer should travel or make independent arrangements solely on the basis of an enquiry, quotation, payment screenshot or provisional itinerary.

06

Acceptance Through WhatsApp, Email and Telephone

Instructions and approvals communicated through WhatsApp, email or other electronic communication may be relied upon for processing a booking. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all instructions are complete, accurate and issued from an authorised telephone number or email address.

Where Shree Radhey Associates sends a Booking Confirmation or Booking Approval message, a clear reply such as CONFIRM, YES, OK, “हाँ, बुकिंग करें”, “हाँ, टिकट जारी करें”, or any other written reply that clearly authorises the booking to proceed shall be treated as the customer’s authorisation to proceed, subject to availability, fare/rate changes, Supplier / Service Provider confirmation and receipt of the required payment.

A clear booking instruction given by the customer or an authorised representative over telephone may also be acted upon where the caller/instruction can reasonably be identified as authorised. Shree Radhey Associates may request written confirmation where appropriate. After processing, the ticket, voucher, policy, itinerary or other booking document may be sent to the authorised WhatsApp number or email address provided for the booking.

Payment against a quotation, invoice or booking request may evidence acceptance of the relevant booking details and applicable conditions, but payment alone does not constitute final booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant ticket, voucher, booking reference or written confirmation is issued/sent after successful payment verification and Supplier / Service Provider confirmation, where applicable.

The customer shall immediately notify Shree Radhey Associates if:

  • Their telephone number or email address changes
  • Their account or device is compromised
  • An unauthorised person has sent instructions
  • A communication appears incorrect or fraudulent

Shree Radhey Associates shall not be responsible for loss caused by unauthorised access to the customer’s device, email account or WhatsApp account unless such loss results directly from the proven negligence or wilful misconduct of Shree Radhey Associates.

07

Customer’s Duty to Verify Booking Details

Before a booking is issued, Shree Radhey Associates normally presents the available booking details to the customer or authorised representative for checking and approval. Before approving the booking, the customer must carefully verify:

  • Full passenger or guest names
  • Gender, where required
  • Date of birth
  • Travel dates
  • Departure and arrival cities
  • Airport names
  • Flight numbers and timings
  • Hotel name and location
  • Room category
  • Meal plan
  • Number and age of guests
  • Passport details
  • Visa details
  • Baggage allowance
  • Cancellation rules, where specifically requested/available
  • Tour inclusions and exclusions
  • Transfer details
  • Cruise details
  • Insurance coverage
  • Total price and payment schedule

Passenger names must match the relevant government identity document or passport exactly. Any correction requested after confirmation shall be subject to the applicable Supplier / Service Provider rules, availability and charges. Some airlines and other suppliers may not permit name changes; in such cases, cancellation and rebooking may be required at the customer’s cost.

Even after the booking details have been checked and approved before issuance, the customer must re-check every final ticket, hotel voucher, itinerary, policy, visa-related document, package confirmation, invoice or other booking/service document immediately upon receipt by email, WhatsApp or another accepted channel. The customer should verify, as applicable, the passenger/guest name, ID/passport details, travel dates, route, flight/hotel details, timings, baggage, room/service type and other material booking details.

Any error, mismatch, incomplete information or missing detail must be reported to Shree Radhey Associates without unnecessary delay so that timely assistance can be attempted, subject to availability and the applicable Supplier / Service Provider rules.

If the customer does not re-check the final document in time and reports an issue later, particularly at or near the time of travel/service, the customer shall be responsible for the fare difference, amendment/cancellation charges, Supplier / Service Provider charges, loss of availability or other avoidable expense/loss to the extent that the problem could reasonably have been corrected, avoided or reduced by timely checking and notification.

08

Pricing, Taxes and Currency Fluctuations

All fares, hotel rates, package prices and other quoted amounts are based on Supplier / Service Provider rates, applicable taxes, currency/exchange rates and availability available at the relevant time and may change before the booking is confirmed or issued.

If, before confirmation or issuance, the fare/rate, tax, exchange rate or a mandatory Supplier / Service Provider charge changes, the revised amount will be communicated to the customer and, where required, the booking will proceed only after the customer approves the revised amount.

Applicable Convenience Fees & Handling Charges may apply at the time of booking and will be communicated before the booking is confirmed or issued.

Airline, hotel or other Supplier / Service Provider charges, Government taxes/levies, fare differences, and bank/card/payment-gateway charges are separate third-party charges.

If an obvious typographical, calculation or system error is identified before confirmation or issuance, the corrected information/amount will be communicated to the customer. If such an obvious error is identified after confirmation or issuance, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and a reasonable resolution will be sought in accordance with applicable Supplier / Service Provider rules and applicable law. This provision will not be used to arbitrarily change the agreed price or conditions of an already confirmed booking.

09

Payments

Payments may be accepted only through payment methods or instructions officially communicated or approved by Shree Radhey Associates.

  • Cash, subject to applicable law
  • Bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
  • UPI
  • Debit or credit card
  • Approved payment link
  • Cheque, subject to realisation
  • Any other payment method specifically approved for the booking

Before making payment, the customer must verify the payment instructions and, where payment is being made to Shree Radhey Associates, confirm that the recipient/beneficiary name displayed is “Shree Radhey Associates”. If any other or suspicious name is displayed, the customer must not proceed until the payment details are verified with Shree Radhey Associates.

The customer must retain the official receipt, payment acknowledgement or transaction reference. OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, card PIN or other confidential banking credentials must never be shared with any person.

10

Customer & Third-Party Payment Responsibility Policy

If payment is made from any third-party bank account, card or UPI, the customer shall be solely responsible for the payment, its source, ownership, verification, refund-related issues and any dispute arising from such transaction.

The payer must be authorised to use the relevant bank account, card or UPI. Shree Radhey Associates may request reasonable identity, booking or payment verification where required for fraud prevention, reconciliation, refund processing, banking/payment-gateway requirements or applicable law.

For refunds, the original payment source will normally be preferred. If a refund to another authorised account is requested, additional written authorisation and verification may be required, subject to the applicable bank, payment-gateway, Supplier / Service Provider rules and applicable law.

11

Card and Online Payments

For card, UPI, payment-link or other online payment transactions:

  • The payer must be authorised to use the relevant account, card or payment method.
  • Applicable bank, card-network or payment-gateway charges are separate third-party charges and may be payable by the customer.
  • A failed, reversed, disputed, interrupted or pending transaction does not constitute completed payment or booking confirmation.
  • If an amount is debited but successful payment confirmation is not received, the transaction remains subject to bank/payment-gateway reconciliation. The customer should verify the status before making a duplicate payment.
  • Additional verification may be required for high-value, international, unusual or suspicious transactions.
  • Card-processing or payment-gateway charges may be non-refundable where retained by the relevant payment provider.

For a genuine billing or unauthorised-transaction concern, the customer should promptly inform Shree Radhey Associates and the relevant bank/payment provider. For an authorised booking/payment, Shree Radhey Associates may provide booking approval, invoice, ticket/voucher, correspondence and payment records to the bank/payment provider for verification. Where permitted by applicable law, actual bank/payment-gateway costs arising from a knowingly false or misleading chargeback may be recoverable.

12

Cash Payments and PAN Requirements

Cash payments shall be accepted only within the limits and conditions permitted by applicable law. For cash payments exceeding the legally prescribed threshold in connection with foreign travel, the customer may be required to provide PAN or such other declaration, identification or document as may be permitted by law.

Shree Radhey Associates may also request PAN, identity documents, address proof or additional information for regulatory, taxation, accounting, fraud-prevention or supplier requirements. If the customer does not provide the required information, Shree Radhey Associates may decline to accept the payment or process the booking.

13

Payment Deadline and Non-Payment

The customer must make payment within the deadline stated in the quotation, invoice or communication.

Failure to make full payment within the specified time may result in:

  • Expiry of the fare
  • Release of reserved inventory
  • Automatic cancellation
  • Supplier penalty
  • Increased price
  • Withdrawal of the quotation

Shree Radhey Associates is not obligated to provide a separate cancellation notice where the payment deadline and consequences have already been communicated. A partially paid booking may also be cancelled if the balance is not paid by the required deadline.

Any refund of the partial payment shall be subject to supplier deductions, cancellation penalties and applicable Convenience Fees & Handling Charges.

14

Convenience Fees & Handling Charges

Applicable Convenience Fees & Handling Charges at the time of booking may vary according to the type of booking/service, transaction, assistance required and other applicable factors, and may be revised from time to time.

The applicable Convenience Fees & Handling Charges will be communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed or issued, and the booking will proceed after the customer’s approval.

Once the relevant booking/service work has been performed, applicable Convenience Fees & Handling Charges are ordinarily non-refundable; however, where applicable law requires a refund, the relevant legal requirement will apply.

Airline, hotel, Supplier / Service Provider, bank, card/payment-gateway charges, taxes, fare differences and other third-party charges are separate from Convenience Fees & Handling Charges.

After a booking has been confirmed or issued, cancellation, date change/rescheduling, reissue, name correction, seat selection, meal, baggage, special assistance or other additional work may attract separate Service Charges.

15

Flight Bookings

All flight bookings are governed by the fare rules, conditions of carriage and policies of the respective airline.

The customer acknowledges that airlines may:

  • Change flight schedules
  • Change aircraft
  • Change terminal or airport
  • Reroute a journey
  • Combine or separate flights
  • Change seat allocation
  • Modify baggage allowance
  • Cancel a flight
  • Deny boarding in accordance with their rules
  • Require additional documentation or verification

Shree Radhey Associates does not control airline operations. The customer must independently check the latest flight status, airport, terminal and reporting time before departure.

The customer must report sufficiently early for check-in, security, immigration and boarding. Failure to report on time may be treated as a no-show.

Frequent-flyer numbers, points, tier benefits and promotional rewards are controlled by the relevant airline or loyalty programme. Shree Radhey Associates may forward a membership number supplied by the customer but cannot guarantee credit, eligibility or retrospective adjustment.

If, for any reason, the customer is unable to establish contact with Shree Radhey Associates when urgent action is required for ticket cancellation, rescheduling, seat selection, meals, baggage or any other airline service, the customer should immediately contact the relevant airline through its official call centre, website/app, Manage Booking facility or airport service desk. Depending on the airline, fare and ticketing channel, the airline may process the request directly or may require it to be handled by the issuing agent. The customer should obtain and retain the airline's written confirmation, case/reference number or other record of contact and share it with Shree Radhey Associates as soon as contact is restored. A missed call, WhatsApp message, email or other request sent to Shree Radhey Associates shall not by itself constitute an accepted or completed cancellation, change or add-on request; the request is effective only after it is acknowledged and confirmed by the airline or Shree Radhey Associates, as applicable, and any required fare difference or charges are paid. Subject to applicable law, Shree Radhey Associates shall not be responsible for a loss arising from the customer's decision to wait without taking reasonable and timely action through the airline's official channels, or where the request is received or acknowledged only after the airline's applicable deadline or no-show cut-off, except to the extent that such loss results from the proven negligence or misconduct of Shree Radhey Associates.

16

Flight Segments, Connections and No-Shows

Flight tickets may consist of multiple connected segments. If a passenger misses, skips or does not use a flight segment, the airline may automatically cancel some or all remaining segments, including the return journey.

The customer must not intentionally use only part of an itinerary without first confirming the airline consequences.

For separate or self-transfer tickets:

  • The passenger is responsible for collecting and rechecking baggage where necessary
  • The passenger may need to clear immigration
  • A transit visa may be required
  • The second airline may not protect the passenger if the first flight is delayed
  • A missed connection may require purchase of a new ticket

Unless Shree Radhey Associates expressly guarantees a protected connection in writing, the customer is responsible for allowing sufficient connection time.

The customer is responsible for complying with the airline’s applicable reporting and check-in time. Late reporting or failure to present for a flight may be treated as a no-show and may result in cancellation of the affected and/or subsequent segments under the airline’s rules.

If a flight or service is missed, the customer should contact the relevant airline or other Supplier / Service Provider immediately and, where possible, Shree Radhey Associates. In particular, the status of any onward or connecting segment should be verified without delay because a missed segment may cause later segments to be cancelled.

17

Airline Baggage and Special Services

Baggage allowance, cabin/check-in limits, excess-baggage charges and prohibited/restricted items are governed by the applicable airline and fare rules. The customer should verify the latest baggage allowance and restrictions before travel.

Requests for seats, meals, wheelchairs, bassinets, pets, sports equipment, additional baggage or other special services are subject to airline availability, rules and approval and are not guaranteed merely because a request has been submitted. Where post-booking assistance is requested, applicable Service Charges may apply and will be communicated before the service is processed; airline or other Supplier / Service Provider charges remain separate.

If baggage is delayed, lost, damaged or pilfered, the customer should report the matter immediately to the airline/airport baggage desk and obtain the applicable PIR, complaint or reference before leaving the airport where practicable. Any baggage claim, compensation or settlement is determined by the airline or other relevant Supplier / Service Provider under its applicable rules. Shree Radhey Associates may provide reasonable assistance based on the available documents/information but cannot control or guarantee baggage handling, recovery, compensation amount or claim outcome.

18

Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

The customer and each passenger are solely responsible for possessing valid and appropriate:

  • Government-issued identity documents
  • Passport
  • Visa
  • Transit visa
  • Residence permit
  • Re-entry permit
  • Health or vaccination certificate
  • Travel insurance
  • Parental consent for minors
  • Immigration or customs documentation
  • Any other document required by the relevant authority

Passports must have the required validity, blank pages and condition prescribed by the destination, transit country and airline. Entry, transit and immigration rules may change without prior notice.

The customer must verify the latest requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or airline before travel. Shree Radhey Associates shall not be responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, detention, deportation, penalties, additional expenses or missed services arising from incomplete, invalid, inaccurate, damaged or insufficient travel documents, except to the extent directly caused by its proven error in a service expressly undertaken by it.

19

Hotel and Accommodation Bookings

Hotel descriptions, photographs, facilities, star classifications, room information and amenities are generally supplied by the hotel or booking supplier. Such information is provided for general reference and may change.

Hotel star ratings and standards may differ by country, location and rating authority.

Hotels may require:

  • Original identity documents
  • Passport and visa
  • Credit card or security deposit
  • Minimum check-in age
  • Marriage or relationship documentation where lawfully applicable
  • Compliance with local-resident or occupancy policies
  • Payment of local taxes
  • Payment for incidental expenses

Hotels retain the right of admission subject to applicable law. A hotel may change a room, facility, meal service or operational arrangement due to maintenance, safety, regulatory or operational reasons.

20

Hotel Check-In, Occupancy and Local Policies

The customer must verify:

  • Check-in and check-out times
  • Maximum room occupancy
  • Child policy
  • Extra-bed policy
  • Meal plan
  • Local taxes
  • Resort or destination fees
  • Security deposit
  • Cancellation and no-show rules
  • Local resident or identification restrictions

Where check-in is denied because the guest failed to comply with a disclosed or lawfully applicable hotel policy, refund eligibility shall be determined by the hotel or supplier. Shree Radhey Associates shall assist with reasonable communication but cannot guarantee an alternative room or refund unless approved by the supplier.

In cases of supplier-confirmed overbooking, any alternative accommodation or refund shall be subject to supplier approval, availability and applicable law.

21

Tours, Packages and Itineraries

Tour itineraries are generally indicative and may be adjusted because of:

  • Weather
  • Traffic
  • Local events
  • Safety considerations
  • Operational requirements
  • Government restrictions
  • Supplier availability
  • Force majeure
  • Other circumstances outside reasonable control

A change in the order of sightseeing or activities shall not by itself constitute cancellation where the substantial services remain available. The customer must report at the specified meeting point and time.

Activities or transfers missed because of the customer’s delay, absence, illness, personal decision or failure to follow instructions are ordinarily non-refundable. Tour inclusions are limited to those expressly listed in the confirmed itinerary or voucher.

Any item not expressly included shall be treated as excluded.

22

Supplier-Included Transfers

Where a confirmed tour or package expressly includes a transfer, that transfer may be operated by an independent provider appointed by the relevant tour or package supplier. The applicable vehicle, timing, seating, baggage and operational arrangements remain subject to the confirmed itinerary and the supplier’s rules.

Shree Radhey Associates does not separately offer car-rental, taxi, local-guide or desert-safari services.

23

Visa Assistance

Shree Radhey Associates currently provides Tourist and Business visa document coordination and application facilitation only. Student Visa and Visitor Visa services are not offered. Shree Radhey Associates is not an embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government body and does not control visa decisions.

Visa approval, refusal, validity, duration of stay, number of entries and processing time are determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or competent authority.

Submission of an application does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Processing within a particular time
  • Acceptance of any document
  • Grant of the requested validity
  • Entry into the destination country

Visa, embassy, biometric, courier and service charges are ordinarily non-refundable once incurred, regardless of the application outcome, except where applicable law or the relevant authority provides otherwise. The customer must provide genuine, complete and accurate documents and must personally verify all visa details immediately after receiving the visa.

A visa does not guarantee entry, which remains subject to immigration approval at the port of entry.

24

Cruise Bookings

Cruise bookings are governed by the terms and passenger contract of the respective cruise provider. Cruise prices may remain provisional until the required deposit or full payment is received and the cabin is confirmed.

The cruise provider may change:

  • Sailing time
  • Port
  • Route
  • Cabin
  • Vessel
  • Onboard programme
  • Shore excursion
  • Itinerary
  • Embarkation or disembarkation arrangements

The customer is responsible for passport, visa, transit, medical and cruise-document requirements for every port included in the itinerary. Shree Radhey Associates does not control onboard services or cruise operations.

Any refund shall be subject to the cruise provider’s rules and shall be processed only after the refundable amount is received or authorised by the provider.

25

Travel Insurance and Ancillary Services

Travel insurance, medical insurance and other insurance products are provided by the respective insurer and are governed by the policy wording, exclusions, limits, waiting periods and claim procedures of that insurer. Shree Radhey Associates may provide insurance assistance and coordination but does not decide or guarantee claim approval. All insurance premiums must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant insurance company or its authorised payment channel. Shree Radhey Associates does not accept or collect insurance premiums through credit card, debit card, UPI, cash, bank transfer, payment link or any other method.

The customer must carefully read the policy schedule and policy wording. Claims must be submitted to the insurer in accordance with the prescribed process and timeline.

These Terms do not constitute investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Any mutual-fund enquiry or process assistance is limited to coordination through an applicable authorised and regulated channel. Investment applications, payments, KYC, risk disclosures and transactions are completed with the relevant regulated provider. Shree Radhey Associates does not guarantee returns, capital protection, product suitability or approval.

26

Amendments and Rescheduling

After booking, any date change/rescheduling, reissue, route/sector change, name correction or other amendment is subject to the applicable policy, availability and approval of the relevant airline, hotel or other Supplier / Service Provider.

For airline bookings, the applicable airline fare rules will apply; for hotel bookings, the applicable hotel/rate-plan rules will apply; and for other services, the relevant Supplier / Service Provider policy will apply. Supplier / Service Provider amendment/rescheduling charges, fare/rate differences, taxes or other applicable third-party charges may apply separately.

If the customer wishes to know the applicable amendment/rescheduling rules or possible Supplier / Service Provider charges before booking, the customer should ask Shree Radhey Associates and confirm the available details before confirming the booking.

Post-booking amendment/rescheduling assistance may attract applicable Service Charges. Applicable Service Charges will be communicated before the requested service is processed.

Submitting a request does not by itself confirm an amendment or rescheduling. The change will be treated as confirmed only after it has been successfully processed/approved by the relevant Supplier / Service Provider and confirmation has been communicated.

Shree Radhey Associates may provide reasonable assistance; however, availability, approval, waiver, fare/rate difference and the final decision remain with the relevant Supplier / Service Provider.

27

Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility, penalties, refundable amount and other conditions are governed by the policy applicable to the specific booking. Airline bookings are subject to the relevant airline fare rules, hotel bookings to the relevant hotel/rate-plan rules, and other services to the applicable policy of the relevant Supplier / Service Provider.

Because cancellation rules and charges vary by booking type, fare/rate plan, travel date and Supplier / Service Provider policy, it may not be practical to automatically provide every possible cancellation charge for every booking. If the customer wishes to know the applicable cancellation/refund rules or available charge details before booking, the customer should ask Shree Radhey Associates and confirm the available details before confirming the booking.

Cancellation requests should be submitted through an authorised written channel, preferably WhatsApp or email. A cancellation is effective only after it has been successfully processed/acknowledged by the relevant Supplier / Service Provider or, where applicable, by Shree Radhey Associates.

Supplier / Service Provider cancellation penalties, non-refundable taxes/charges, fare/rate restrictions, payment-gateway/bank charges, foreign-exchange differences and other applicable third-party costs may apply separately.

Post-booking cancellation assistance may attract applicable Service Charges. Applicable Service Charges will be communicated before the cancellation service is processed.

Shree Radhey Associates may provide reasonable assistance, but cancellation eligibility, supplier penalty, waiver, refundable amount and final decision remain subject to the relevant Supplier / Service Provider rules. A customer who did not ask for applicable supplier cancellation conditions before confirming the booking cannot hold Shree Radhey Associates responsible solely because those supplier rules/charges later apply, provided Shree Radhey Associates did not knowingly provide false or misleading information about an applicable rule or charge.

28

Refunds

Refund eligibility and the refundable amount are governed primarily by the applicable airline, hotel or other Supplier / Service Provider rules and applicable law.

Shree Radhey Associates can process a refund only after the relevant cancellation/refund request is accepted, the Supplier / Service Provider confirms or releases the refundable amount, and any required documents or verification are received.

Refund processing time may vary according to the airline, hotel, cruise provider, bank, card network or payment gateway. Shree Radhey Associates cannot guarantee a refund date controlled by a third party.

Refund will normally be processed to the original payment source. Where the customer requests an alternate account, including an account of a spouse, parent, child or other authorised person, Shree Radhey Associates may require a written request, booking/payment proof, customer identity verification and beneficiary details. Such alternate refund will be processed only after verification and where permitted by applicable bank/payment-gateway and Supplier / Service Provider rules.

Any refund received from a Supplier / Service Provider will be passed to the customer after deduction of legitimately applicable supplier/bank/payment charges and any applicable amounts permitted under these Terms and applicable law.

29

Non-Refundable Situations and No-Shows

Subject to applicable Supplier / Service Provider rules and applicable law, no refund may be available in situations such as no-show, late arrival, missed flight/transfer/tour, unused hotel night, early hotel departure, voluntary route or hotel/room change, failure to carry required documents, denied boarding caused by the passenger, visa refusal after services have been performed, an unused portion of a partially used booking, or customer-requested cancellation of a non-refundable service.

Where a Supplier / Service Provider permits a partial refund, the refundable amount will be determined according to that Supplier / Service Provider’s applicable rules and calculation. Booking-time Convenience Fees & Handling Charges that have already become non-refundable under Section 14 will remain subject to Section 14, and any post-booking refund/cancellation assistance may separately attract applicable Service Charges communicated before that service is processed.

30

Supplier-Initiated Changes and Cancellations

An airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line or other Supplier / Service Provider may change, reschedule, substitute or cancel a confirmed service for operational, commercial, regulatory or other reasons.

Available remedies may include an alternate flight, alternate hotel, revised itinerary, travel credit, rescheduling, partial refund, full supplier refund or no refund, depending on the applicable Supplier / Service Provider rules and circumstances.

Shree Radhey Associates may provide reasonable assistance in communicating available options to the customer, but the final remedy, waiver, refund, compensation or alternative arrangement is controlled by the relevant Supplier / Service Provider and applicable law.

Any refund will ordinarily be processed after the relevant Supplier / Service Provider confirms or releases the refundable amount. Post-booking assistance, where requested, may attract applicable Service Charges that will be disclosed before such service is processed.

31

Force Majeure and Events Beyond Control

Shree Radhey Associates cannot prevent or guarantee the outcome of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, flood, cyclone, earthquake, fire, pandemic or health emergency, war, terrorism or civil unrest, Government orders or border closures, political disturbance, strikes or labour disputes, airport/port/airspace closures or restrictions, Supplier / Service Provider operational or technical disruption, cyberattack, communication/network outage, quarantine, immigration/visa-policy changes or comparable events beyond reasonable control.

In such circumstances, cancellation, rescheduling, travel credit, refund, alternative service or other remedy will depend on the applicable Supplier / Service Provider rules and applicable law. Additional supplier costs may also arise.

Shree Radhey Associates may provide reasonable assistance based on available information and circumstances, but cannot control or guarantee the Supplier / Service Provider's final decision or outcome.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

32

Customer Conduct and Cooperation

The customer must behave lawfully and respectfully toward Shree Radhey Associates, its staff, suppliers and other travellers.

Shree Radhey Associates may refuse or discontinue assistance where the customer:

  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Uses fraudulent documents or payment methods
  • Threatens or abuses staff
  • Requests an unlawful service
  • Refuses required verification
  • Creates a safety or security risk
  • Violates supplier rules
  • Fails to make payment

Such refusal shall not remove the customer’s liability for charges already incurred.

33

Personal Belongings, Health and Safety

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their money, baggage, documents, jewellery, electronics and other personal belongings. Customers should follow all health, safety, security and local authority instructions.

A customer with a medical condition, disability, pregnancy, reduced mobility, dietary restriction or other special requirement must disclose the relevant requirement before booking. Shree Radhey Associates shall make reasonable efforts to communicate special requests but cannot guarantee supplier acceptance.

The customer should obtain appropriate medical advice and travel insurance before travel.

34

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shree Radhey Associates will not be responsible for loss arising solely from acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, baggage handling, service failures, visa/immigration decisions or other matters controlled by an independent Supplier / Service Provider, or from circumstances beyond Shree Radhey Associates' reasonable control.

Shree Radhey Associates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, profit, opportunity or business, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where Shree Radhey Associates is found legally responsible for a direct loss caused by its own proven contractual breach, negligence or wrongful act, liability and available remedies will be determined according to applicable law, the proven direct loss and the circumstances of the case.

Amounts already paid to and retained by a third-party Supplier / Service Provider will not be treated as money retained by Shree Radhey Associates. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

35

Late Payment and Outstanding Amounts

Where Shree Radhey Associates expressly allows a customer in writing to pay after a service has been booked or supplied, the customer must pay the outstanding amount by the agreed due date.

After the due date, actual bank/payment charges, reasonable recovery expenses and legally recoverable costs may apply. Interest will apply only where the applicable rate and terms were clearly disclosed to and accepted by the customer in advance in a written credit/payment arrangement.

Shree Radhey Associates may suspend further credit/service facilities while an undisputed overdue amount remains outstanding, subject to applicable law. Any recovery or set-off will remain subject to applicable law.

36

Cheque Dishonour

Bookings paid by cheque remain subject to cheque realisation. If a cheque is dishonoured, the booking may be cancelled, the unpaid amount will become immediately payable, and actual bank charges will be payable by the customer.

Where disclosed in advance and legally permitted, applicable Convenience Fees & Handling Charges may also apply. Supplier / Service Provider cancellation or amendment charges may apply separately under the relevant booking rules. Shree Radhey Associates may exercise lawful remedies available for recovery of the unpaid amount.

37

Complaints and Grievance Resolution

If any issue arises during travel—such as a flight delay/cancellation, baggage issue, hotel room/service issue, transfer, tour service or any other booked service—the customer should notify the relevant Supplier / Service Provider (such as the airline, hotel or tour operator) and, where possible, Shree Radhey Associates as soon as the issue arises so that an available solution or alternative assistance may be attempted at that time.

If the customer does not report the issue at the relevant time and raises it later, verification of the incident or an on-the-spot corrective action may no longer be possible. The customer will be responsible for avoidable loss or additional expense to the extent it could reasonably have been prevented or reduced by timely reporting.

Any unresolved complaint after travel should be sent in writing as soon as reasonably possible and normally within 7 days from completion of travel, together with available booking details and supporting evidence such as bills, photographs, receipts or correspondence. A complaint received after 7 days will not be rejected automatically merely because of the delay; however, excessive delay may affect verification, availability of records/evidence or a Supplier / Service Provider complaint deadline.

Shree Radhey Associates may provide reasonable assistance based on the information available and the applicable rules of the relevant Supplier / Service Provider. However, the final decision regarding a refund, compensation, claim, waiver, alternative arrangement or other service-related remedy rests with the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer or other Supplier / Service Provider. Shree Radhey Associates cannot control or guarantee a third-party Supplier / Service Provider's operational decision, service quality, refund/compensation amount or final outcome. Nothing in this clause limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Complaints may be sent to:

Shree Radhey Associates may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect business, operational, Supplier / Service Provider, regulatory, legal, payment or technology requirements. Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date and will generally apply prospectively.

A previously confirmed booking will generally remain subject to the booking conditions that were applicable and communicated at the time of confirmation, except where a mandatory change is required by applicable law, a Government/competent authority, or a current mandatory rule of the relevant Supplier / Service Provider.

A new booking or a post-booking additional service may be subject to the Terms, applicable charges and Supplier / Service Provider rules current at the time that booking or service is requested and processed.

A reasonably identifiable instruction from the customer or an authorised representative by telephone may also be acted upon in accordance with Section 6.

By such approval, by making the applicable payment, or by using a confirmed service, the customer acknowledges the Terms and Conditions applicable to that booking together with the communicated mandatory rules of the relevant Supplier / Service Provider.

If a booking is made by a parent, spouse, relative, company representative or other person on behalf of a passenger/guest, that person confirms that he or she is authorised to provide booking instructions and approvals and will provide the passenger/guest with the relevant ticket/voucher and important booking conditions in a timely manner.

The customer remains responsible for ensuring that information and documents supplied or approved for the booking are genuine, complete and accurate and for carrying out the final verification required under these Terms.
